American Association of Bangladeshi Scholars and Professionals is headed by the President of the Association and the President serves as the chief executive of the Association. The President oversees the overall AABSP activities in good faith and presides over all the official meetings. A central body of the AABSP is composed of three main Councils: The Consultative Council (CC), The Executive Council (EC), and the Council of the Wise (CW). The Councils have their own and integrated roles pursuing the objectives of the Association. Positions of the Council and other committee members are elected by the voting members of the Association. President, Vice-President, Executive Director, Finance Director, and other positions are filled by following the Constitution and By-Laws of the Association. Furthermore, various other committees including Election Committee, Professional Development Committee, and Scholarly Development Committee are formed in order to meet the aspiration of the AABSP. The Councils, from time to time, may designate ad-hoc committees Regional Chapters may be formed at the recommendation of the central body of the Association.
